A St. Paul subcontractor that does one trade: interior walls and ceilings.
Gloriousr building Inc is a Minnesota corporation registered in October 2026. We work for general contractors and construction managers on commercial interiors, as the subcontractor for metal framing, gypsum board, finishing and acoustical ceilings.
Why one trade
A GC's estimator compares bids line by line. A subcontractor that only does framing, board and ceilings can show a real takeoff, real crew productivity and the exclusions that matter for this scope.
We do not take on roofing, exterior walls, mechanical or electrical work. That keeps our crews, our tools and our supervision focused on the walls and ceilings inside the building.
Costs in Minneapolis rose faster than in any other city in the Mortenson Construction Cost Index for the second quarter of 2026. That is why we put unit rates in writing, so changes on your job are priced from a number you saw at bid time.
