What to attach to a bid invite
Send it at least three working days before bids are due. A file-share link is fine for large drawing sets.
- 01Architectural drawings with partition types, the life-safety plan and the reflected ceiling plan
- 02Specification sections for framing, gypsum board and acoustical ceilings
- 03All addenda, the bid form and the bid due date and time
- 04Site address, schedule and whether the building is occupied
